According to records, in September 2013, Ho Quoc Tai and Ms. Nguyen Thi Cam Nhung knew each other and fell in love. At the end of the week, the two often drove each other to a hotel in Vinh Loc A commune, Binh Chanh, to have sex and Mrs. Nhung was pregnant.
On the afternoon of January 6, 2014, after going for prenatal check-up, Tai drove Ms. Nhung to her mother's inn in Vinh Loc A commune. Here, Tai and Nguyen Huu Dap spread a mat sitting in front of the house and sipped a glass of wine, then Mrs. Nhung was lost. The blame is that Tai only knows how to drink, is not responsible for Ms. Nhung and her baby. Angry, Tai got up and used a wooden tree to hit Mrs. Nhung's head many times, causing the victim to fall to the ground. Seeing that, Tai's mother chanted, so Tai threw a wooden tree and asked Dap to take the car to run away. According to the assessment results, Ms. Nhung died from traumatic brain injury and is 4-5 weeks pregnant.
After escaping the scene, Dap also drove Tai to find her house and rented a boarding house for the night in Binh Tan district. Immediately after that, both were arrested by the police.
